Founded in 2022, the Intersex Liberty Initiative Coast (ILIC) is dedicated to addressing the social and cultural barriers that intersex individuals face in accessing Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR).
Recognizing the lack of inclusivity and recognition for intersex persons, ILIC strives to empower individuals, advocate for their rights, and amplify their voices through various interventions that foster social justice and acceptance. Based in Kilifi County, ILIC operates as a non-profit and non-partisan organization.
